In Hollywood, I love the voice of Russel Crowe. His baritone voice is the best that I have come across in Hollywood. Even while writing this I can hear him deliver that monologue on his identity. I can hear it ringing in my ears.
In the latest instalment of the mummy movie, there is his narration at the beginning. His voice has attained even deeper quality as he has aged. It is all the more attractive.
Another one of my favourite is Junko Takeuchi who has given voice to Naruto in the Japanese original anime. Here, is a video of her at work.
As for Hindi, I love the voice of Shah Rukh Khan.
In Tamil, I love the voice of of Rajni Kanth while in Malayalam I love Mammootty’s voice. Here they are in Thalapathy

Shruthi Hassan also has a beautiful voice.
