Oh! It has been wonderful.
The life in shimla is very laid back and the weather is simply amazing. Our training is peppered with a lot of attachments and this adds to the enjoyability of the entire schedule.
We live in a colonial bungalow called “Yarrows” and our academy and hostel are located in the Himalayas. I wake up everyday to the sound of langurs jumping on the gabled roofs and to the view of the Himalayas outside my window.
The subjects that I learn are not very difficult. The batch is very diverse and my roommate is from Bhutan. There is a lot of fun and in between we study a little bit ;)
I write about my training in my blog Service Diary.
You can find more details there.
