In my case, I scanned them myself, page by page.
The faster, inexpensive way would be to delegate the function to a third party. I believe most Xerox Shops would do the same thing for you and it is not very expensive.
In either case, scanning has to be done page by page only. Technology has not advanced so much where you can scan it without going through each page.
